North Wessex Training helps people who are having trouble getting into work or training, through government-backed schemes such as E2E, Train to Gain, Learndirect, New Deal and Pathways to Work. We also help those already in employment to improve their future prospects by gaining valuable work-based qualifications such as NVQs and Apprenticeships, which are individually tailored to meet their needs and those of their employer.
Many of our learners emerge from "the NWT journey" with new skills and fresh confidence, ready to take on the challenge of a new role. This site is designed to help them, and people like them, who feel that they are ready to take their next step in the workplace. This site is also designed to benefit the large pool of local employers who contact us every day looking for suitable candidates.
